I was very grateful for the flexibility (we had a different start time than those available in the website) and with the last minute changes we made. I found the emails very clear and informative; they included all the information I needed about my event. The reminder texts were also very helpful. The two staff who worked on the event were fantastic! Aidan and Samir (forgive me if I misspelled his name) were terrific with the kids and very easy for me to work with. I really enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely do it again.

The kids thoroughly enjoyed the day. Firstly, the booking process and what to expect communication was top notch. The team arrived on time and called ahead for alignment on where to park et al. Super organized, polite and friendly. Feedback from my kids is that the game diversity was awesome for all age groups and likes. The team was super helpful top notch in engaging the kids. My son really appreciated that they would also join the games when one player changed their mind once a team came had started. They also hyped the birthday boy and he felt very cool!! Payment options were so clear and easy!! Highly recommend and the kids didnt leave that truck for 2 hours making this mom very relieved and stressfree. Thank you team, and we will definitely do this again!!!
