Video Game Theater - Large Events

Hosting a big crowd? Let GameTruck bring the fun to you! Our Video Game Theater is the perfect solution for large-scale events like corporate parties, fundraisers, festivals, and community celebrations. With space for up to 24 players at a time and over 120 age-appropriate games across Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Our certified GameCoaches handle everything—rotating players, running friendly competitions, and keeping the energy high. This is stress-free, unforgettable entertainment your guests will love.

Maximum capacity inside the trailer is 20–24 players at a time. For events with more than 24 participants, gameplay rotations will be organized by the GameCoaches to ensure everyone gets a turn. A certificate of insurance is available upon request. The trailer requires a flat, unobstructed parking area approximately [insert trailer length] feet long, with access to a standard power source within 100 feet; generator rental is available if needed. Please contact your event specialist with any specific questions or requirements.

This in-home Nintendo Switch experience includes 8 sanitized consoles (or more—upgrade in your cart), a game library, music, and a certified GameCoach to keep the fun running smoothly. Whether you're hosting a party, tournament, or family game night, everyone gets their own console to play together—no trailer needed. We can set up inside your home, garage, or even outside (weather permitting). Perfect for competitive players or casual fun!

GameTruck@HOME brings the fun to your space—without the trailer! Rent a fully connected set of 8 Nintendo Switch consoles for 4 hours, 12 hours, or even overnight. It’s perfect for sleepovers, birthday parties, corporate events, and more. We deliver and set everything up, including the consoles, a dock, router, and game library—so your guests can jump right into the action. No GameCoach is included, but if you’d like a hosted experience, ask us about Gameplex! We’ll handle the setup and takedown - just bring your TV and your players.

Welcome to the Foam Zone! The foam will envelope your world of fun that can stack up to 5' high and be a blast for kids/adults for your upcoming event! This is whirl wind of fun and adventure that is one heck of a playground with tons of laughter. Includes music and a GameCoach to operate your event - all you need to do is take pictures! We will provide the beach ball and the pool noodles to make this event magical.
