PTA & PTO Events in Portland, Handled End to End.
One vendor instead of six, and nothing for the committee to haul, staff, or store. GameTruck Portland handles setup, the activity, and teardown, so the volunteers who planned the night get to enjoy it.
We'll give you a clear number your treasurer can take to the board, and we coordinate with the office and custodial staff on access and timing. Families come for the activity and stay for the rest of what you've put on.
Serving Portland, Beaverton, Vancouver and the surrounding area since 2010. Fully insured, background-checked GameCoaches, and we bring our own power.
“Nothing to improve — everyone had a great time! Jared was fantastic, on time, pleasant to deal with, and helpful to the players. Would definitely do this again.”

“My son's eye lit up when he saw the equipment, and all 16 kids had a blast. Sarah was at the park early, set up and ready to go when the kids arrived. She and her husband kept the boys moving from game to game, and they made it seem effortless. We can't wait to do another party!”
