Event Planner Services in Portland, Handled End to End.
You've already sold your client on the day. GameTruck Portland is the vendor that doesn't make you follow up: we arrive inside the window, work to your run of show, and give you one named contact who answers on event day.
Insurance certificates, W-9, and venue requirements come back without chasing. Our GameCoaches run the activity inside your timeline and your branding — your client sees your event, not our logo on everything.
Serving Portland, Beaverton, Vancouver and the surrounding area since 2010. Fully insured, background-checked GameCoaches, and we bring our own power.
“Everything was perfect! My daughter said that this was the best birthday party she's ever had! She and her friends had an absolute blast, and the parents hung out in the house and didn't have to do a thing!! Everyone loved it!”

“We booked the game truck for my son's 10th birthday. The kids had an absolute BLAST and it was so easy for us as the party hosts. We got to sit back and drink coffee inside while the kids played. Our game coach, Coach C, was awesome! 10/10 highly recommend!”
