Website was easy to navigate to reserve the truck. I received a confirmation phone call 3 days before my event and the turck showed up 30 min early for set up and ready to go at the correct time of start. The truck looked clean and the attendant was great with the children. I also noticed the attendant cleaning all of the game controls directly after : )

We booked the truck for an 11 th birthday party for my son in New Kent. It was a great decision. The gentleman who came were very polite, professional and friendly and took care of everything which I wasn’t expecting. All the parents stayed in our house and enjoyed cocktails while the kids were having a blast. They showed up about 30 minutes early to set up. Everything went according to plan. Booking was easy. All the staff i communicated with were top notch and very easy to work with. It was so easy and my son had a permasmile the entire time. If your kids are into gaming- which most of them are- this is the way to go. Good time had by all especially the kids! Absolutely loved it! Thank you for making my son’s birthday awesome!! 🙌

Game truck party was the best party my daughter ever had according to her. It was the best thing in my opinion as well. All the kids were able to play what they wanted and the rep that was there with the game truck made sure kids rotated so all kids got to do what they wanted. It was a great and easy experience that I will definitely do again!

Joe showed up early and had everything set up well before the guests arrived. He was awesome with the kids....very patient and kept them all playing without issue. I didn't hear one complaint out of the kids....no fights because of equipment not working properly. I've been told by many parents that their kids said it was the best party ever!! They played for the full 1.5 hours and had a blast! I've already had one parent asking for contact info so that she can have a party for her twin boys. Watch out Dinwiddie County! Looks like GameTruck has found some new customers! The only thing that I would improve is that it took a week from me contacting GameTruck until the time that I received an answer. Once contact was established Joe was super nice and professional. I believe it was a one time deal. Everything worked out great so no worries on my part. You have a very satisfied customer here! Plan is to get the video game trailer for my other son's 14th birthday party in February...
