Large Event Video Game Experience

Go big on fun! Perfect for large groups, with room for 20 players at the same time!

Great for: Around 30 guests Ages 7 and older

Party Length: 2 hours

Our GameCoach manages the full experience inside the GameTruck, helping players get started, organizing gameplay, and keeping the energy high throughout the event. For larger groups (typically 30–75 participants), we run organized rotations in groups of 20–24 players. We rotate players, not games, so each group gets the full experience while enjoying the most popular, fun, and group-friendly titles. To help keep everything running smoothly, we ask that the event host provide at least one volunteer to assist with organizing groups and managing flow outside the trailer. We also work closely with you to ensure all games are appropriate for your group and selected to create a fun, inclusive experience for everyone.
