A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at the event. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available with a $50 reschedule fee. Events cancelled within 48 hours of the event will be charged the full amount.

Yes. We are a preferred provider with Duval County Parks and Recreation.
We have xBox 360, xBox One, xBox X, Ps5, Ps4, Sony Virtual Reality, WiiU, Nintendo Switch and Switch Lites. There is no need to choose games in advance. We always have our full library of over 100+ games on the truck.
Because of the electronic equipment we do not allow food or drink on the truck.
Your GameCoach is the party host while the kids are on the truck so there is no need for parents to supervise.
We have our own power source on the truck so there is no need for us to plug in.
Yes, the trailer is fully conditioned with heat and air.
For LaserTag, 10 players will play at one time. If you have more guests, we can rotate teams so everyone gets a chance to play.
We ask that all participants be at least 7 years of age.
We do require the space about half the size of a basketball court which is 25 x 50'.
Yes, we are an approved vendor with the Duval County Parks and Recreation Department.
