A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at the event. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available. Events cancelled within 48 hours of the event will be charged the full amount.

No. Any food and drinks is the responsibility of the party host.
If you anticipate more than the maximum number of guests we do require an additional GameCoach to be present. There is an additional $50 charge.
We can play a maximum of 24 players at one time but 16 players is a more realistic number.
Children 5 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
The truck and trailer requires 60 feet of clear curb space to safely park.
Yes. We are a preferred provider with Duval County Parks and Recreation.
We have xBox 360, xBox One, Ps4, Sony Virtual Reality, WiiU, Nintendo Switch. There is no need to choose games in advance. We always have our full library of games on the truck.
Because of the electronic equipment we do not allow food or drink on the truck.
Your GameCoach is the party host while the kids are on the truck so there is no need for parents to supervise.
We have our own power source on the truck so there is no need for us to plug in.
Yes, the trailer is fully conditioned with heat and air.
For LaserTag, 16 players can play at one time. IF you have more guests, we can rotate teams so everyone gets a chance to play.
We ask that all participants be at least 7 years of age.
We do require the space about the size of a basketball court which is 50' x 90'.
