GameTrucks show up rain or shine! Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, but transfers must be made no less than 15 days prior to event date. Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount. *LaserTag events will be rescheduled, at no cost, in the event of rain, snow or temperatures below 32 degrees.*
Yes, GameTruck email invitations are provided for you as well as the ability to print PDF invitations. These invitations are GameTruck and/or LaserTag themed to represent the event you are hosting. PDF invitations are provided to you via a link in the confirmation email you will receive after reserving your event. A second email will provide you access to the Party Link email invitations. They also are GameTruck and/or LaserTag themed. You are able to send these to all of your guests.
Sorry, we do not provide cake, food or drinks. We do ask that there are no food and drinks inside of the GameTruck. If you are providing refreshments during the event the participants are free to come and go when they need a drink or a snack.
In order to secure your event simply click Book Now (or "complete your booking"), then follow the simple steps. A 50% deposit via credit card is required. The remaining balance will due upon our arrival at your event.

This experience is brought INSIDE your home, office, school or any inside location. There is no big truck and trailer to worry about parking. If you are looking for the online gaming experience such as Fortnite. This is the experience you want. We manage the gameplay for you. We bring all of the consoles and games. Everyone gets their own Nintendo Switch Console.
The GameTruck is designed to be a social environment where invited guests come to play games with one another. Online and single player games exclude guests from playing with those invited to the party. This is because they are playing with random people on the internet that are not at the party. In addition it limits/reduces how many players can play at one time. As a result we have decided not to offer internet based games. If you are interested in getting groups playing games like Fortnite and some other online games we have another activity called GAMEPLEX! This can be customized significantly. Ask us about how we can provide these internet based games for your party!
We can get up to 20 participants playing inside the GameTruck at one time. However, the number of people that can fit inside at one time is largely dependent on the age/size of the participants. We find that 20 kids between the ages of 7 and 9 is the typical upper limit. Older kids between 12 and 14 may appreciate a little elbow room and we recommend no more than 16 at one time. Older teens and adults we typically recommend an upper limit of 12 participants at a time, depending on their size.
We recommend ages 7 and older for the GameTruck. If there are going to be children that are younger we do ask that they be accompanied by an adult.
The GameTruck is 65 feet long and about 9 feet wide. An easy visual is about 4 cars parked in a straight line along the curb. If we were to park in a parking lot the GameTruck will take up about 8 to 10 parking spaces. *We are unable to park on grass or any soft surfaces. We do require 12 feet of clearance for both Height and Width. Pulling through structures such as pillars and gates that do not offer 12 feet of clearance between them is highly unlikely. We also should take into consideration hills when looking at parking options. Parking areas should be relatively flat.

We have multiple consoles at each of the TV’s. Our GameTrucks feature Playstation 4, Xbox One, Xbox360, Nintendo WiiU and Nintendo Switch consoles. In addition we feature over 85 games on each GameTruck. We will discuss the game selections with you prior to the event date. We always like to get information about favorite games and only provide the games you feel are appropriate for the participants' age.
We do ask that there are NO FOOD and DRINKS inside of the GameTruck. If you are providing refreshments during the event the participants are free to come and go when they need a drink or a snack.
Parents do not need to have direct supervision. However, we do ask that an adult who is responsible for the participants be readily available at the site of the event just in case a need arises. Otherwise, our GameCoaches are well trained to facilitate the party inside the GameTruck during the event.
We do not need an outlet for anything. Our GameTrucks feature quiet, commercial onboard generators that provide all the power needed for everything we bring to the event.
Yes, our GameTrucks have heat and air conditioning to allow us to facilitate events all year long.
Each Nintendo Switch Gameplex comes with 10 switch consoles to accommodate 10-12 players at a time. This is performed inside your home!
We recommend a starting age of 7 years and older. Younger kids (6 years of age) may be fine if they are experienced with the Nintendo Switch controls and games. Our goal is to make sure you and your guests have a great time and you feel that this experience is worth the cost. This age group recommendation is determined from years of experience and feedback.
Ideally this will be set up in your home, office , school or any indoor location that has a good internet connection. The required space is small. Enough space to allow each participant their own space to sit comfortably and if you plan to utilize the Party Switch by connecting to a TV for a multiplayer interactive experience then there needs to be room enough for people to move around safely.
This offering features Nintendo Switch consoles and 10 players will have their own screen. All Switch consoles come preloaded with Fortnite, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Minecraft, and Splatoon 2. One Switch will have extra games available if you want to use it as a "Party Switch" and is best connected to your TV and can provide multiplayer interactive games. These games are Just Dance 2018, Snipper Clips, Mario Tennis Aces and 1-2 Switch! Get ready for a TON OF FUN for all ages!!!
No supervision is required. We do ask that there is a responsible adult available in the home in case there are other needs that arise other than pertaining to the game play.
If you would like to utilize the Party Switch we will need to access an HDMI input on your TV. We can provide a TV for use at additional cost if you have a special request.
We will need to plug our special internet router into a power outlet as well as plug into your internet router. We may also need to plug the chargers into our power strip.
For LaserTag we recommend ages 8 and older.
The LaserTag arena is recommended to be about the size of a small basketball court at a minimum. There are many ways that we can set up the arena of barriers and obstacles to accommodate a variety of open space sizes.

We do need 1 outlet to blow up the inflatable bunkers, power the computer and TV that displays the details of the game results.
We can have up to 20 players in each game at one time. Games typically last between 5 and 10 minutes. If you are expecting a larger number of participants we are able to rotate groups to give everyone a chance to experience the best mobile LaserTag in Maryland.
Most often we can utilize the space around your house. Backyards, front yards, side yards and all of them together work well too. If you have an area with trees or woods that is even better!
We can also facilitate LaserTag events indoors. With the use of soccer domes, sports complexes, batting arenas and similar places often have large enough indoor areas to host a LaserTag party. These locations typically have areas that can be rented for a reasonable fee. GameTruck is not responsible for reserving or paying for the indoor facilities.
We set up approximately 15 obstacles. These obstacles are GameTruck branded inflatable barriers, Hunting blind tents and adjustable hunting walls.
Weather can be unpredictable. If we are going to facilitate an outdoor LaserTag party and it is raining we will have to reschedule the event for a later date. If it starts raining during an event we will do our best to finish the event while protecting the sensitive electronics we use. Since our equipment is sensitive to moisture and temperature we would expect to reschedule for rain, snow and temperatures 32 degrees and lower. Indoor options are available at additional costs.
