General FAQs

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

In order to secure your event online, a $50 deposit via credit card is required. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at event. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, but transfers must be made no later than 7 days prior to event date. Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount.

Do you provide invitations?

Yes! You can download and print out invitations through the link provided on your confirmation email and you can also send e-vites through our digital invitation system called PartyLink.

Do you have party favors?

Yes, we provide 20 silicone wristbands for $9.95.

Do you only service the East Valley?

We actually service all areas of Phoenix, as well as the rest of Arizona! We are based in the East Valley, but travel throughout the Metro Phoenix area and beyond. Travel charges do apply to certain areas however. A $60 weekend travel charge for Anthem, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, Maricopa, Florence, Coolidge, Casa Grande and Gold Canyon will be applied (No travel charge Monday – Thursday). All other areas outside the Phoenix area use $2/mile from zip code 85297 (charged both directions for weekends, one way for weekdays). For any questions on travel, please call at (480) 559-9560.

What if we have more than 30 guests?

Our services are perfect for larger events. The standard rate for Public/Corporate Events is $225/hour for GameTruck and LaserTag. BubbleSoccer is $325/hour. There is a 2 hour minimum and includes all necessary site visits, certificates of insurance, event planning and staff. Price breaks are available for booking multiple events or events lasting 8 hours or more. If you are a School, please call us for special School Rates.

How many kids can fit in the GameTruck?

Each of our trucks can play up to 20 guests at a time.

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit, however we do recommend ages 6 and above. Guests of all ages can certainly join in the fun, although we find guests younger than 6 struggle with some of the games.

How much space do you need?

We ask that approximately 50-60 feet of space is provided to park our trucks. The area in front of a single family home is usually plenty of space! To ensure starting the event on time and for an easier arrival for our driver, we ask that any cars parked in the area be prepared to relocate if necessary upon the truck’s arrival.

Can you come to parks?

Absolutely! We visit parks often, and most cities in the Phoenix area have us listed as a vendor. However, to be certain, please speak with the Parks and Recreation representative for the park you wish to hold the event in order to confirm. If they are in need of insurance documentation, we are happy to provide!

What consoles do you have? Do we choose games ahead of time?

We have all the major consoles! We carry Microsoft Xbox One & Xbox 360, Playstation 4, Nintendo Wii U, Wii and Nintendo Switch! We have games suitable for all ages and your GameCoach will give you the opportunity to review/restrict game selection before the kids enter the trailer. No need to choose games ahead of time, as we bring our full library of 60+ titles to each event!

Do you allow food and drinks inside the GameTruck?

In order to keep the truck interiors in the best condition possible, we do not allow food or drink on our trucks except for bottled water.

Do parents need to supervise?

Parents do not need to supervise! They are certainly welcome on the trucks, but one of the best parts of hosting a GameTruck party is the ability to relax for a bit inside while the party goes on outside! Our certified GameCoaches will facilitate and supervise the entire event on the truck. We do ask that there is at least one parent on site for any circumstance that may arise.

Do you need to plug into an outlet?

GameTruck is actually self-contained and self-reliant, complete with a generator and backup generator on each truck. No need to plug into an outlet within the home!

Do the trailers have air conditioning?

YES! Each of our trucks has two large 15,000 BTU AC units to cool down the truck interior. Although the AC units are large, if it is over 110 degrees with 20 people and the door open and closed a lot, the AC units will struggle to keep it cold inside.

LaserTag FAQs

How many kids can play LaserTag?

We are able to play up to 16 players at a time. If there are more than 16 guests, games last between 5 and 10 minutes long, so we are able to rotate players in and out to ensure all guests maximize their playing time!

Is there an age limit?

We have found that participants under the age of 8 may find it difficult to carry the equipment around. Our taggers are made with heavy duty material, and can become heavy quickly for the younger player.

How much space do you need?

Typical LaserTag fields are approximately 30 feet by 30 feet, however, we can work with smaller areas or slightly larger areas. LaserTag obstacles can be set up indoor and outdoor.

BubbleSoccer FAQs

How many kids can play BubbleSoccer?

We are able to play up to 8 players at a time. If there are more than 8 guests, games last between 5 and 10 minutes long, so we are able to rotate players in and out to ensure all guests maximize their playing time!

Is there an age limit?

GameTruck powered BubbleSoccer is recommended for children 8 and up. We carry different size bubbles for children, teenagers, and adults, however our bubbles can feel heavy, especially after running around with them, and younger guests will find it hard to carry or even stand up in them.

How much space do you need?

The inflatable BubbleSoccer field measures 25 feet wide by 50 feet long. For the protection of both the players and equipment, we ask for at least that much space in a grassy area, or if indoor, a smooth surface. If the designated space is not big enough, we are still able to play without the field.
