In order to secure your event online, a $50 deposit via credit card is required. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at event. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, but transfers must be made no later than 7 days prior to event date. Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount.
Yes! You can download and print out invitations through the link provided on your confirmation email and you can also send e-vites through our digital invitation system called PartyLink.
Unfortunately we do not offer party favors at this time, but hope to resume again in the future.
Primarily, yes. We can travel throughout the Metro Phoenix area as well as Southern Arizona for certain weekday events. There are no travel charges for the East Valley Area including Maricopa, Florence, Coolidge and Casa Grande. All other areas use $2/mile from zip code 85297 (charged both directions for weekends, one way for weekdays). For any questions on travel, please call (480) 559-9565.
Our services are perfect for larger events. The standard rate for Public/Corporate Events is $250/hour for GameTruck, LaserTag, or Gameplex. There is a 2 hour minimum and includes all necessary site visits, certificates of insurance, event planning and staff. Price breaks are available for booking multiple events or events lasting 8 hours or more. If you are a School, please call us for special School Rates.
Each of our trucks can play up to 20 guests at a time.
There is no age limit, however we do recommend ages 6 and above. Guests of all ages can certainly join in the fun, although we find guests younger than 6 struggle with some of the games.
We ask that approximately 50-60 feet of space is provided to park our trucks. The area in front of a single family home is usually plenty of space! To ensure starting the event on time and for an easier arrival for our driver, we ask that any cars parked in the area be prepared to relocate if necessary upon the truck’s arrival.
Absolutely! We visit parks often, and most cities in the Phoenix area have us listed as a vendor. However, to be certain, please speak with the Parks and Recreation representative for the park you wish to hold the event in order to confirm as some may have restrictions. If they are in need of insurance documentation, we are happy to provide!
We have all the major consoles! We carry Microsoft Xbox Series X, Xbox One & Xbox 360, Sony Playstation 5 & Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch, NIntendo Wii & Nintendo Wii U! We have games suitable for all ages and your GameCoach will give you the opportunity to review/restrict game selection before the kids enter the trailer. No need to choose games ahead of time, as we bring our full library of 200+ titles to each event!
In order to keep the truck interiors in the best condition possible, we do not allow food or drink on our trucks except for bottled water.
Parents do not need to supervise! They are certainly welcome on the trucks, but one of the best parts of hosting a GameTruck party is the ability to relax for a bit inside while the party goes on outside! Our certified GameCoaches will facilitate and supervise the entire event on the truck. We do ask that there is at least one parent on site for any circumstance that may arise.
GameTruck is actually self-contained and self-reliant, complete with a generator and backup generator on each truck. No need to plug into an outlet within the home!
YES! Each of our trucks has two large 15,000 BTU AC units to cool down the truck interior. Although the AC units are large, if it is over 110 degrees with 20 people and the door open and closed a lot, the AC units will struggle to keep it cold inside.
Although there is no specific age minimum we do recommend ages 6 and up for our Gameplex parties.
Anywhere there's enough room for all of your guests to have a seat! With Gameplex, we are able to go anywhere indoors, such as a living room, office, classroom, you name it! We can even set up outside during cooler weather or for special events. Gameplex is perfect for locations that are more difficult to otherwise get to with GameTruck, such as apartment buildings, clubhouses, or conference rooms.
Each Gameplex unit includes 10 Nintendo Switches and 1 Playstation 4 with a variety of games. We emphasize playing together, and most games are able to connect with each other for co-op or competitive play. All games are included, and each system comes with a select amount of multiplayer games, including some of the most popular games such as Fortnite*, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and Minecraft. Our "Party Switch" includes even more games such as Just Dance, Rocket League, and others. *Please note, Fortnite does require an internet connection in order to play.
We will have a certified GameCoach at each of our events to help set up the games, provide tips, and encourage friendly competition, so parents are not required to help out. However, that doesn't stop them from joining in on the fun! Parents are more than welcome to be around and if there's an extra controller, can play too!
Yes, we do ask to have access to a power outlet to plug in certain equipment such as our projector and internet access (where applicable). We may occasionally need to plug in the Nintendo Switches as well.
We include a projector with a screen for our PS4 and "Party Switch, so no TV is necessary! However, we can certainly utilize the TV if desired, as long as there is easy access for plugging in.
Gamplex private parties are ideal for groups of up to 16 players. We bring 1 PS4 and 10 Nintendo Switches, with one becoming a "Party Switch" that can be played by up to 8 players either on our included projector screen, or if you would like, your television! Have more in your group? Ask about the availability of our second unit!
Gameplex is a great way to have an exciting video game party without the truck! A Gameplex party is ideal for locations that are otherwise more difficult to park, smaller groups, families looking for a more budget-friendly price point, or are simply wanting to stay in the house! Gameplex also provides a better way for more individual guests to enjoy online gaming such as Fortnite. The overall game selection is more limited than GameTruck, however the party is just as fun!
We are able to play up to 16 players at a time. If there are more than 16 guests, games last between 5 and 10 minutes long, so we are able to rotate players in and out to ensure all guests maximize their playing time!
We have found that participants under the age of 8 may find it difficult to carry the equipment around. Our taggers are made with heavy duty material, and can become heavy quickly for the younger player.
Typical LaserTag fields are approximately 30 feet by 30 feet, however, we can work with smaller areas or slightly larger areas. LaserTag obstacles can be set up indoor and outdoor.
