With more than twenty years of experience working with GameTruck, Kirk has the process down to a science.
From event organization and route planning to emails and confirmation calls, Kirk executes everything with passion and perfection. And when it comes to Kirk’s team, their communication and preparation skills ensure a successful celebration or event every time. As a result, you will get to relax and enjoy the special occasion too!

We literally called for same-day service the day before Thanksgiving. The original time slot wasn’t available, but the staff said, “Let me see if I can get a worker to come in so the kids can still enjoy their celebration.” They called back within about 10 minutes and confirmed someone could come out within the next couple of hours. The follow-through, flexibility, and effort to make sure the kids didn’t miss out on the game truck experience were amazing. It was a huge help and made the celebration a success. We’ve been using them since 2020, and they have always provided excellent, accommodating service.

First off, I want to thank you and your staff for providing such great service! We had a combined birthday party for my two boys and they have both said over and over, "this was our favorite birthday party we've ever had"....and we've had some pretty amazing ones! The whole experience was easy and stress free. Garrett, our Game Coach that arrived with the truck was exceptionally helpful, well-mannered, patient, friendly and good at what he does! It takes a certain person to constantly assist 25 excited and loud boys for two straight hours! Although I'm sure Garrett coaches countless parties, he remains professional with a smile on his face the entire time! I actually couldn't believe how busy he stayed for those two hours, but he made the process look smooth and easy as he made taking turns for ALL the kids fair, fun and enjoyable. He catered to all their needs, always making good recommendations when asked. Just like anything thing else, customer service is everything! We would have loved the Game Truck regardless, but having exceptional customer service on top of the innovative entertainment sets your company above and beyond any expectation. I strongly recommend this experience to others and definitely plan to use you guys again in the future! Thank you for helping create some of the best birthday memories we will always cherish! Everything was done as explained in the confirmation email: you were on time, helpful and courteous to the parents and kids, answered all of our questions and provided the best customer service. My brother and his son were at the party and he asked me for the company's information, he's thinking of hiring your party truck for said son's birthday in January.
