From event organization and route planning to emails and confirmation calls, Kirk executes everything with passion and perfection. And when it comes to Kirk’s team, their communication and preparation skills ensure a successful celebration or event every time. Our GameCoach was incredibly kind (and very patient!) with the kiddos! The truck was very nice and clean, we were also able to open the large windows which the kids loved. I loved everything about the whole experience. From the time I booked the event. They kept me informed about what I needed to do to get ready and keeping me informed while they were on their way to my house. When the truck showed up, the setup was quick, and got a tour of the interior. We've consulted on what games we were allowing for the kiddos. The entire time, the staff was very professional and diligent, helping the kids and parents with how everything worked. By the time it was time to wrap up everything, the staff cleaned up and picked up everything after getting the payment completed. Everyone was happy about the whole experience.

My son was so thrilled with the gaming system and all of his friends declared this the “best party ever”, so it was a major success! Steve (the video game coach) was great with the kids, showed up on time and called within a half hour of his arrival time which was so helpful. The whole process was so easy and everything went so smooth which made the party so enjoyable for the kiddos (and parents) who attended. I would (and have) absolutely recommend Game Truck for future parties. All the dads that attended were equally mesmerized and have requested an “adult” video game night

This was amazing! The gentleman driving the truck and running the party was friendly and kind and the kids loved him! Despite being 112 degrees outside, the truck was cool and comfortable. My son said it was the best birthday ever!

We literally called for same-day service the day before Thanksgiving. The original time slot wasn’t available, but the staff said, “Let me see if I can get a worker to come in so the kids can still enjoy their celebration.” They called back within about 10 minutes and confirmed someone could come out within the next couple of hours. The follow-through, flexibility, and effort to make sure the kids didn’t miss out on the game truck experience were amazing. It was a huge help and made the celebration a success. We’ve been using them since 2020, and they have always provided excellent, accommodating service.
