Do you provide invitations?

Yes. As the party host, you will receive a digital link to GameTruck invitations to send out at the time of your booking. You can also print the invitations from your home computer.

Do you provide cake, food, or drinks?

In order to keep our equipment clean, we request all food and drink be kept outside of the trailer. GameTruck does not provide cake, food and/or drinks.

What if we have more guests?

Please advise us at the time of booking to discuss how many additional guests we can accommodate safely on our trucks.

How many kids can fit in the GameTruck?

Inside the trailer we can accommodate up to 20 gamers playing at the same time! Depending on weather, we can open up the outside consoles for an additional 8 gamers; a total of 28 gamers playing at the same time!

Is there an age limit?

There is never an age limit to play games but we do ask that those under the age of 6 be accompanied by an adult.

How much space do you need?

Between the truck and gaming theater, we require 60' of space and prefer 70'-80' for pull in and out purposes.

Can you come to parks?

Absolutely! We do ask that you contact park management and inquire if there are any additional requirements necessary for GameTruck.

What consoles do you have? Do we choose games ahead of time?

GameTruck offers the most current consoles and games offered in the industry. To include Xbox One, Xbox 360, Playstation 4, WiiU and Nintendo Switch. Before the start of your event, the GameCoach will review the game titles and ratings. Our GameCoach will only offer those ratings requested at the event.

Do the trailers have air conditioning and heaters?

Our trailers come equipped with both air conditioning and heating as needed.

Do you allow food and drinks inside the GameTruck?

Do parents need to supervise?

We encourage parents to participate but if the gamer is over the age of 6, it is not a requirement that they supervise. We do request a responsible adult to be within the immediate area should a need arise, such as a bathroom and/or food break.

Do you need to plug into an outlet?

GameTruck is self-sufficient with our commercial generator and even equipped with a back-up generator, should the need arise!
