He gave me a courtesy call before arriving to walk through all the key details, then showed up early to ensure everything was set up and ready to roll right on time. Jacob was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and great with both the kids and adults. The trailer itself was spotless, well-maintained, and even climate-controlled—huge bonus! Several parents grabbed a business card for their own future events, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this experience to anyone. Highly recommend!

All kids had an absolute blast and never even wanted to come off the truck. Christian who was running the truck was polite, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about all the video games and systems. He was able to engage all the kids and have them try new games. Communication was also always very responsive.
