In order to secure your event, a $100 deposit is required at the time of the reservation with the remaining balance due after the event is completed. Any cancellation or change within 7 days has a $100 non-refundable fee, any change or cancellation within 2 days of the event has a $200 non-refundable fee.
Yes! With your scheduled event you are given access to PartyLink which is your own unique online event management website. You can send GameTruck e-vites to your guests through your PartyLink site.
We do not provide food or drink.
You can have between 12-16 players, seated and playing at the same time, if you have more than 16 we will rotate the kids to make sure everyone has a chance to play.
To insure the safety, comfort and manageability of our guests and employees at the event, we suggest limiting the number guests inside the trailer to 12.
Our 14+ years in business has taught us GameTruck is appropriate for ages 7 and older.
The truck/trailer is approximately 50' long. We ask our customers to reserve 3-4 car lengths of space to park. Our policy is to always park in the street. As a safety precaution, we cannot park in driveways. The street in front of the house has to be fairly flat and level. For safety reasons we can tolerate a maximum of about 3-4 degrees of slope.
Yes, we do many events at parks but each city is different in their willingness to allow us into their parking lots. Check with your local parks department to confirm availability. As long as you can reserve us 60' of parking on the street we would prefer to park on the street on the park perimeter.
Game Truck features the best top games for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4/5, XBOX-X, One, 360 and Wii U. We bring all games to each party. You will have the chance to screen the games before the party starts to make sure the games are age appropriate. We will take down games you don't want the kids to play.
No, but kids are always able to step out to grab a snack or a drink and take a break
Parental supervision is not required, however parents are always welcome to stay in the GameTruck trailer during the party but will take up one of the available player seats.
We are self-contained for electricity and power and bring our own generators.
Absolutely! All our GameTrucks are equipped with air conditioning units.

We can setup in a living room, finished garage, rec room, community party room, etc. We need approximately 8' x 10' of floor space at a minimum.

No parents are not required to supervise but always welcome to observe and participate.
