The experience was phenomenal. My son celebrated his 10th birthday with your business and he said it was the best birthday he ever had. Setting up the event and payment was easy as well. Every child who left the party said they wanted to have a Game Truck party as well. I love this company!!!
WOW WOW WOW I am so impressed with the game truck laser tag party we booked for my Grandsons party. It was on time set up. Our Game truck manager Kumar was so pleasant and kept the kids entertained the entire two hour time and kept them controlled. And our Laser tag attendant was also so great and so much fun. This was a large party of 15 kids so we were worried that they would be running all around the house but no. They were kept busy the entire time they were there. And they also both made my Grandson feel so special on his day. I cannot say enough to hire this company you will not regret it. And last thing the adults joined in the laser tag fun and may have had a better time than the kids. Thank you so much for a fabulous day!!!
Abraham was SO amazing with the kids. He was helpful in coaching them to help them get better and also a good mediator when the boys got a little wild. He was very involved and I didn’t expect that! it was such a nice touch! Sean had the best birthday party and it was so easy to book and the experience was 10 out of 10!
It was so easy to book. I got a prompt text back and email back. The team was so responsive and easy to deal with. And Jake was amazing at the party. He navigated all the kids request and games with such grace. 10/10 would reco. He even changed a flat tired on the way and wasn’t late!!!
We had a wonderful experience with GameTruck and our GameCoach, Kemar. He was on time, very knowledgeable, great with the kids. All we kept hearing was how nice he was from several parents and the kids. It was absolutely a wonderful experience, worth every penny. The parents of our guests loved that the kids were out of the house and having fun. Kemar even allowed us to setup a tablet so we watch the kids enjoying themselves. It was great! Kemar deserves a raise!
Our technician was punctual, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the event. They ensured everything ran smoothly, and our guests had an amazing time. In fact, many of them were so impressed that they asked for the truck’s contact information to book their own parties! I’m beyond pleased with the service and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and hassle-free gaming experience!
20/10 - wonderful experience, would absolutely recommend and use again! My son and his friends had a blast, and my son said it was his favorite birthday party ever! Our game“coach” did a fabulous job of managing the kids on his own so my husband and I could sit back and enjoy a shockingly hands-off, carefree afternoon - not something you expect with a house full of 3rd graders!
Kunar was amazing! He arrived early, was incredibly kind to me and all of my guests, and made the whole experience effortless. He did a fantastic job getting the kids set up and managing 12 excited little ones. The game truck was a huge hit thanks to him. Highly recommend!
I loved the ease of booking online. The communication from this company was wonderful. I received texts and emails, regarding confirmations and everything else without having to initiate it. When I had a question, it was quickly responded to. The Game coaches were on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The owner showed up to make sure we were satisfied. Everything went smoothly and we were very pleased with our experience. Already plan to book them for 2 more events.
I am not one to write reviews, but decided that I had to. The only thing that would improve any future experiences with GameTruck would be "ABSOLUTELY NOTHING." From the planning of the event to the day of the event, everything went so smoothly. This was the first time ever, I have given an event and was stress-free. Our GameCoach Rich Lin arrived on time and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Out of the 9 birthday parties I have thrown for my son, this was by far the best one ever. Thank you for making this one of the best days ever for my son.
