Events can be cancelled up to 14 days before the event for a full refund MINUS the $150 deposit. Deposits are NOT refundable. Parties can be rescheduled at any time up to 48 hours before the party. Events rescheduled within 7 calendar days from the event are subject to a $80 rescheduling fee. Parties cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, or if GameTruck arrives at the party with no one present, will be charged the full amount.
Yes, all parties come with access to our collection of download and print invitations (PDF files) and access to PartyLink, our online e-mail invitation system.
GameTruck does not provide food or drinks. Festivities involving food, cake and drinks are usually done before or after the GameTruck portion of your party.
We do not charge sales tax on our services. Last minute bookings (one week or less away) may be subject to a service fee and added gratuity. Travel fees may be added depending on your location. Please request a quote to see if your event location has any travel charges. We are very up front with our pricing and prices and fees are clear at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees or anything added on. You do also have the option to add gratuity for our staff.
We are currently allowing 16-18 guests inside the truck at one time. If you are expecting more guests than this, we have the right to split your group up to keep under the maximum occupancy.
Our years of experience in business have taught us GameTruck is appropriate for ages 6 and older. Any children younger than 6 need to be accompanied by an adult to be in the GameTruck. We will consider doing parties for younger ages if the customer agrees to limit the number of participants to fewer than 10 kids.
The truck and trailer together are about 55 feet long. We need at last 75 feet of space to be able to maneuver and park.
Yes, as long as we have somewhere to park the truck, we can travel to any park, restaurant or other location.
GameTruck features the best games for Nintendo Switch, XBOX ONE and Series X, PlayStation 4, XBOX 360, Wii U. We will bring our entire game library and have games suitable for all ages. The customer has control of the games made available for the kids. While you cannot choose specific games ahead of time, you are able to choose the game maturity before the event.
Yes, all our trailers are climate controlled and can operate all-weather.
Only bottled water is allowed inside the GameTruck.
Parents are not required to supervise but are free to come, stay or go as they please. Our Game Coaches take care of it all and parents can sit back and let us deliver an exciting party for your guests.
The GameTruck is powered by generator, so no power source is required.
No. In order to avoid potentially costly damage to customer property and GameTruck equipment, we stay off customers' driveways. If you live on a non-residential street or are in a special parking situation where parking on the road is not an option, please call or text at 732-242-4003 before booking your party.
We have enough equipment for 20 players at one time. Additional players can rotate in after every game, which lasts about 5 to 10 minutes. You can add additional taggers to allow more players at one time for $20 per tagger.
The minimum age to play laser tag is 7 years old.
At minimum, we need a grass area about the size of half of a basketball court.
