With more than thirteen years of experience working with GameTruck, Rich has the process down to a science.
From event organization and route planning to emails and confirmation calls, Rich executes everything with passion and perfection. And when it comes to Rich’s team, their communication and preparation skills ensure a successful celebration or event every time. The kids have a great time. It’s a unique experience and an easy feature for hosting a bunch of young kids. The staff members have been beyond awesome, so courteous, great at maneuvering the large trailer in a tight space. Couldn’t ask for much more, it has been our go to for the last 3 years for our son at 8,9 and now 10 years old.

We had a wonderful experience with GameTruck and our GameCoach, Kemar. He was on time, very knowledgeable, great with the kids. All we kept hearing was how nice he was from several parents and the kids. It was absolutely a wonderful experience, worth every penny. The parents of our guests loved that the kids were out of the house and having fun. Kemar even allowed us to setup a tablet so we watch the kids enjoying themselves. It was great! Kemar deserves a raise!

It was so easy to book. I got a prompt text back and email back. The team was so responsive and easy to deal with. And Jake was amazing at the party. He navigated all the kids request and games with such grace. 10/10 would reco. He even changed a flat tired on the way and wasn’t late!!!

I am not one to write reviews, but decided that I had to. The only thing that would improve any future experiences with GameTruck would be "ABSOLUTELY NOTHING." From the planning of the event to the day of the event, everything went so smoothly. This was the first time ever, I have given an event and was stress-free. Our GameCoach Rich Lin arrived on time and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Out of the 9 birthday parties I have thrown for my son, this was by far the best one ever. Thank you for making this one of the best days ever for my son.
