If we must cancel your event for one of these reasons, we will refund your money and reschedule your party on a future date at no charge. That’s a 200% value. Joel Carlson, who lives within the community, personally owns and oversees the GameTruck Orange County business. With Joel’s professional background and commitment to his community, you can guarantee that your party will be in good hands! With more than eighteen years of experience working with GameTruck, Joel has the process down to a science.
From event organization and route planning to emails and confirmation calls, Joel executes everything with passion and perfection. And when it comes to Joel’s team, their communication and preparation skills ensure a successful celebration or event every time. As a result, you will get to relax and enjoy the special occasion too!

They show up on time and are very friendly and kind to the kids and the adults - the game truck is clean and roomy. The team always responds promptly to any and all communications. Ezikiel was so nice and accommodating! The kids loved it and did not want to leave the truck. It was nice and cool for them to play in and the house was silent for 2 hours :) I have friends and family who will probably book for their own parties!

Couldn’t be happier. My grandson and all of the children were completely surprised. We did not tell them this was going to happen. And the truck attendant was so friendly and excellent customer service. can’t forget to mention Joel the company owner who was so helpful, nice and professional. I will definitely be recommending this to all of my friends that did not show up. I would recommend giving business cards to the person that booked the party so they can leave them with the guests that said for sure they’re going to do this for their child’s party and others who would certainly be interested.
