From event organization and route planning to emails and confirmation calls, Ryan executes everything with passion and perfection. And when it comes to Ryan’s team, their communication and preparation skills ensure a successful celebration or event every time. I can't think of a thing to improve! Marty was thrilled with the coolest party ever!! I had emails and phone calls from parents the next day saying their kids were still talking about it. One of our guests woke up the next morning and first thing said "I wish I could do Marty's party all over again today!" When we pulled up at the drop off line at school on Monday, another guest yelled in the parking lot- "Hey Marty, best party ever!" We had neighborhood children we didn't know come wanting to play and our mailman stopped and asked for a business card for a party for his son! Needless to say, you were a hit in our neighborhood! Dondre was amazing! He helped all the kids and the adults and made the party so much easy for me to handle! He even put on some music and let my husband (the birthday boy) finish his football game! We used Game Truck for my son’s 8th birthday, and all the kids loves the experience! Our Game Coach arrived early and parked exactly where we requested for easy entry. He was super nice to the kids and helped them use the controllers as some were not familiar with the systems. My son already asked to use GameTruck again next year for his party. Thank you!

The experience was amazing! We were scheduled for 4:00pm, but they had a flat tire and that caused them to run a little late. I only mention this to talk about the exceptional customer service that was provided while this took place. They communicated the entire time and provided updates on the ETA and when they arrived, the set up took no time. They even stayed over a little longer to accommodate for running behind. The setup was great and my kids had a blast. 10 out of 10.

Our game coach (Paul) was awesome. He took care of everything. Even when the A/C wasn't keeping us cool, he took care of that. If he hadn't resolved the A/C issue the whole event would've been ruined. Additionally, the lady I spoke to about arranging the truck last minute was a HUGE help. Very pleasant and saved our party.

This is the second time we rented the game and it was an absolute blast for my kids! Our game coach(Adam) showed up early to set up. He was super friendly with the kids. One kid accidentally left his phone on the truck and Adam brought it back to us. That was so much appreciated! Can’t wait to book again!
