In order to secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at your event. We will be there rain or shine! Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, but transfers must be made no later than 15 days prior to the event date. The only exception to this time limitation would be for snow, in which hazardous driving conditions exist. With a 2 hour notice, a party may be rescheduled. Events cancelled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount.
We provide Party Link digital invitations as well as PDF printable invitations.
For birthday parties, we have a GameTruck water bottle for the VIP. We also offer party packages that provide party favors and additional GameTruck swag.
We don't provide cake, food or drinks with events.
If the maximum of 20 gamers is exceded for private/birthday parties, we will need to book an assistant GameCoach at, $20/hour, to help manage the gamers
With 5 screens and 4 player games you come up with 20. We try to avoid our GameCoaches managing more than 20 gamers onboard the trailer. With more than that, he/she can't give proper attention to the gamers.
Children as young as 5 can enjoy GameTruck!
Please allow 50 feet of curb space for parking.
We do events in parks, churches, and Recreation centers all the time.
We have Xbox 360, an Xbox 1, PS3, PS4, Wii-U, and Nintendo Switch. Once the game coach has arrived and gotten setup he will look to you to set boundaries for game play. Once boundaries are set the gamers themselves will choose their games.
The trailer is heated and cooled.
We only allow bottled water on board the GameTruck trailer.
Once the GameCoach has the gamers on board they have them. Parents may come and go as they would like. Or you may plan something for the adults to do on the back porch. The only exception to this would be for younger siblings (5 year olds) which would need direct parental supervision while in the GameTruck trailer.
We have an onboard generator that provides all of our power needs.
In each round, we can have 2 teams of up to 6 players each. If we have more than 12 we'll divide up teams and rotate so all get playing time.
The taggers are heavy, so the players need to be able to hold and aim their tagger. It would be best if the players were 7 or older.
We can set up in as small an area as 30ft by 60ft.
We do events at parks, schools, churches and recreation centers.
Parents don't have to supervise the play. By the same token, they are welcome to join in and play.
We run the rounds on a laptop to keep scores. Access to power would be helpful but not absolutely necessary.
