Private Party Reservations: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure the reservation.
Business Contracts: An approved Purchase Order (PO) must be received to secure the reservation.
Private Party Reservations: Full payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include Credit, Cash App ($GameTruckDMV), Venmo (@Erik-Maxwell-1), or Cash. No change provided. No personal checks accepted.
Business Contracts: Net 30 with an approved Purchase Order.
A $150.00 fee applies if a reservation is rescheduled within 14 days of the original event date. If the reservation is not rescheduled within 12 months the deposit will be forfeited.
No refunds for cancellations.
GameTruck may reschedule reservations impacted by weather without issuing a refund or charging rescheduling fees. Outdoor events that need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather have 12 months from the original reservation date to reschedule and apply the deposit. After 12 months the deposit will be forfeited.
The host must secure ample parking in a safe environment. Parking details will be confirmed in advance. Unavailable designated areas may impact the reservation. No discounts for parking issues.
Internet is provided for some games like Fortnite and Fall Guys, dependent on T-Mobile cellular signal strength. No refunds for inadequate internet service.
If we fail to fulfill a reservation due to equipment or staff issues, we will refund the full amount and offer a complimentary reservation of equal value on a future date if desired.
