Hosts have up to 10 days prior to the scheduled event to cancel and have the deposit refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. The deposit is non-refundable once the event is within the 10 day window. If you cancel an event due to COVID issues, the deposit will be credited toward a future event.
Digital invitations can be found in the event confirmation e-mail. There is also an option for printable invitations.

GameTruck Charlotte delivers the exciting entertainment for your event, but we do not provide any cake, food, or drinks; and none is allowed on the truck.
The standard party package is for a maximum of 12 participants allowed for the event. There will be NO rotating guests in and out of the truck with the standard package. If you have more than 12, and rotations are needed, an additional GameCoach will need to be added to the reservation for an additional $65.00
We appreciate you considering GameTruck and will make every effort to accommodate your request. For events made less than 7 days prior to event, there is a $25 booking fee.
GameTruck Charlotte is allowing maximum 12 player for an event. Players will not be allowed to rotate on and off of the truck. The number cap will be strictly enforced.
Players must be 5 & up to play on the GameTruck.
The GameTruck is a 35' long vehicle. We require up to 4-5 parallel spaces to be able to pull in and out of the area safely.
Yes, we can come to most parks. The host must get permission from the park for us to be there.
GameTruck carries all of the latest gaming systems and games. XBox One, XBox S, PS5, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo WiiU. Upon arrival the GameCoach will have the host come in to review the libary and have the GameCoach take away any games you don't want the guests to have access to.
Yes, the GameTrucks are fully climate controlled.
No food or drinks are allowed inside the GameTruck.
Parents are more than welcome to be on the GameTruck at anytime, but is not required to be on the truck. Our coaches are great at managing the event so parents can relax.
An outlet is not needed to run the truck. The GameTruck is generator powered. However, if weather is nice or the event is longer than the standard length of time, we like to plug up to help minimize the amount of pollution going into the atmosphere.

Manufacturer's recommendation suggests players be at least 8 years old to use the equipment properly. We follow the manufacturer's recommendations.
Our skilled GameCoaches are able to set up courses in most spaces provided. We aim for a space that is large enough for the players to be able to enjoy running around the course.
Yes, we can set up at parks. Host must get permission from the park to for us to set up.
We love to have parents running around and playing Laser Tag with the group, but parents are not required to supervise. Our skilled GameCoaches are there to manage the event so the host can relax
For a standard event, an outlet is not needed for Laser Tag. For events over 2 hours an outlet would be necessary.
