GameCoach
Certification

Every GameTruck event is led by a certified GameCoach — trained, background-checked, and ready to deliver the best party your kids have ever had.

What It Means to Be a Certified GameCoach

A GameCoach is not just an event attendant — they are the host, entertainer, tech expert, and safety officer all in one. GameCoaches are the heart of every GameTruck event, responsible for setting up equipment, welcoming guests, facilitating gameplay, running birthday ceremonies, and making sure every party is a hit from start to finish.

Before a GameCoach ever runs an event on their own, they complete a multi-phase certification program designed to ensure consistent quality, safety, and professionalism at every GameTruck location across the country. The program covers equipment operation, customer service, safety protocols, child interaction best practices, and event management — so parents can relax knowing their party is in expert hands.

The GameTruck® Certification Process

Every GameCoach completes a structured training program before they are certified to lead events independently.

Every candidate undergoes a comprehensive background check before training begins. Non-negotiable — your family's safety is our first priority.

2

Classroom Training

Service standards, customer interaction protocols, safety procedures, and brand values through structured coursework and hands-on demonstrations.

Supervised Events

Shadow experienced GameCoaches at live events, then lead under direct supervision. Competence across all event types required before advancing.

GameCoach Certification FAQ

Are all GameCoaches background-checked?

Yes. A comprehensive background check is the first step in the certification process and is required before any training begins. No exceptions.

How long does GameCoach training take?

The full certification process includes classroom training, shadowing experienced GameCoaches at live events, and supervised solo events. The timeline varies, but no GameCoach leads an event independently until they have passed all evaluations.

Do GameCoaches stay at the party the entire time?

Absolutely. Your certified GameCoach is on-site from setup through teardown. They run the games, manage the equipment, facilitate gameplay for every guest, and handle cleanup when the party is over.

What if something goes wrong during an event?

GameCoaches are trained in troubleshooting, safety protocols, and emergency response. They carry backup equipment and are supported by their local franchise owner. Every event is also backed by our 200% Guarantee.
