GameTruck offers a wide variety of packages and event addons for birthdays and other events. We want to make your party easy, stress-free, and most importantly, an amazing experience for you and your guests.
Our GameTruck parties Deliver Excitement and an experience unlike any other! GameTruck parties are held inside of our high tech, state of the art game theaters; these fully furnished game theaters are climate controlled for year-round use and feature custom couches as well as Flat screen TVs. Our proud partnership with Nintendo means all GameTruck trailers are outfitted with the Nintendo Switch, the newest and most exciting experience in gaming! In addition, our trucks also feature Nintendo WiiU, PlayStation, Xbox consoles. We accommodate a maximum of 20 people all playing at the same time. With a game library that exceeds 85 different titles, we have games for every interest and age! Pricing begins with 1.5 hours but you can select 2 hours of game play if you desire. Additional time can be coordinated at a rate of $199 per hour after the second hour. These small private events of 20 players or less includes an extensive game library, invitations and one Certified GameCoach to facilitate all games on the GameTruck. Events with more than 20 participants where we provide one GameCoach to facilitate the events inside the GameTruck and the host (you) provides the volunteer(s) to help coordinate groups prior to entering the GameTruck. Typically 30-75 people. Corporate Events will have a 10% included gratuity added to the event for the facilitators. If the event is booked online the gratuity will be added after the reservation is completed. Please call us PRIOR to completing a reservation if you have questions or concerns. GameTruck Powered LaserTag brings Gaming to life! Players experience a physical team-oriented activity using new, state of the art, LaserTag markers. These markers utilize LED infrared beams instead of lasers; enabling us to facilitate events during the day or night as well as inside and outside. Our LaserTag events integrate teams of players in an area which we set up barriers, tents and other obstacles to hide in and around. Players collaborate, cooperate, and compete in the many types of games we have available. Based on ages and skill level; we customize games based on the participants. Each game typically lasts between 5 and 15 minutes so we are able to play many different styles of games during the party. What is included with our LaserTag Party? Z - Tag uses wearable trackers, games are social, physically active, and safe. The system acts as referee to eliminate cheating and maximize fun. Games are fully staffed by our professional event coordinators. With three modes, Play is dynamic, and fun to watch. Up to 20 participants at one time and 100 per hour MAXIMUM. Games are quick and can be exhausting. Great for large groups! HOW IT WORKS: Each player wears a tracker on their wrist. The central game controller programs tracker for game mode and reports scores after every round. Trackers detect player movement. They provide feedback in three ways, through the screen, via sound, and with vibration. Moreover, the trackers detect each other and can interact depending on game mode. REQUIREMENTS: 30 foot by 30 foot space (or larger) with sufficient ventilation for 20 active players. System is battery operated (lasts 3 hours per charge). For longer periods power is required to recharge units. System works night, or day, inside or outdoors. GAME MODES: SURVIVAL TAG = Be the last player standing. (AKA - Zombie Tag / Infection) FREEZE FRAME = Manic Motion (AKA -Red Light / Green Light) PATTERN MATCH = Quickly find the other player who has your color, shape, or both for extra points.
