The experience was amazing! We were scheduled for 4:00pm, but they had a flat tire and that caused them to run a little late. I only mention this to talk about the exceptional customer service that was provided while this took place. They communicated the entire time and provided updates on the ETA and when they arrived, the set up took no time. They even stayed over a little longer to accommodate for running behind. The setup was great and my kids had a blast. 10 out of 10.

Nothing, your driver was very experienced in set up and walk through. I apologized for how loud all the kids got on the truck. However he was able to calm them down and managed through it. Kuddos! Great time was had by all! Even some of the parents said they might be using it for their kiddos' upcoming birthdays!

Our game coach (Paul) was awesome. He took care of everything. Even when the A/C wasn't keeping us cool, he took care of that. If he hadn't resolved the A/C issue the whole event would've been ruined. Additionally, the lady I spoke to about arranging the truck last minute was a HUGE help. Very pleasant and saved our party.

This is the second time we rented the game and it was an absolute blast for my kids! Our game coach(Adam) showed up early to set up. He was super friendly with the kids. One kid accidentally left his phone on the truck and Adam brought it back to us. That was so much appreciated! Can’t wait to book again!
