From event organization and route planning to emails and confirmation calls, Ryan executes everything with passion and perfection. And when it comes to Ryan’s team, their communication and preparation skills ensure a successful celebration or event every time. Customer Satisfaction
The game truck was more expensive than we normally spend on a party, but it was worth it! The Game Coach was awesome at handling so many little kids, and was creative in finding ways for everyone to play. No one felt left out, no one had to wait long to play, and everyone played the games they wanted. The Coach was mindful of my request to keep the games age appropriate, even with some kids asking for more mature games. He was on time, set up quickly, and gave the kids a warning when time was almost up. Thank you!!

This is the second time we rented the game and it was an absolute blast for my kids! Our game coach(Adam) showed up early to set up. He was super friendly with the kids. One kid accidentally left his phone on the truck and Adam brought it back to us. That was so much appreciated! Can’t wait to book again!

The experience was amazing! We were scheduled for 4:00pm, but they had a flat tire and that caused them to run a little late. I only mention this to talk about the exceptional customer service that was provided while this took place. They communicated the entire time and provided updates on the ETA and when they arrived, the set up took no time. They even stayed over a little longer to accommodate for running behind. The setup was great and my kids had a blast. 10 out of 10.

This is my 2nd time using the Game Truck and I love it. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and accommodating to what I needed. The day of the party I was contacted to with an ETA which was much appreciated with a house full of 9 year old boys constantly asking "what time will it be here!". And I have nothing but nice things to say about Austin, very patient, kid-friendly, and professional. Another plus is kiddo got to play test out games before me purchasing them and getting the "I don't like it". We're already planning party for next year with Game Truck.
