I can't imagine what could have been improved on. The rental process was easy, the two trucks were on time and ready to go when our event started. The drivers, Tyler and Jamie, were so kind and great to work with. They helped the kids with the game setups and kept the flow of 'traffic' so that everyone who wanted to play got a chance to. It was a hugely popular attraction at our school carnival and we hope to work with you again next year! Thank you!

Seriously the easiest and coolest party I’ve ever done between all 3 of my kids! Booking was simple and painless, the truck was AMAZING and the person who was there to set everything up and help the kids was just the BEST (can’t remember his name, I’m sorry, but he deserves loads of recognition)! Instead of having to monitor and worry about 15 kids in and out and needing stuff for 3 hours, I was even able to catch up with a few parents for a while. Anyone who’s ever thrown a party knows how rare that opportunity is cause you are always busy! The kids spent most of their time in the truck and we broke up the 3 hours with some nerf wars in between (worked well to get them moving briefly). The rest of the time they gamed their hearts out, only coming inside for food and then heading back to the truck again. The truck itself was HUGE and so well set up inside. I was worried it would be a bit small but when it pulled up, and especially when I went inside, I was so thrilled! Special mention (again) to the gent who was there. I checked in with him a few times and asked if he was handling the chaos ok. He said he’s all good and was so super chill the whole time! I stressed that if the kids got out of hand, he must let me know but he was so good with all of them that there were really no issues. Even with different levels of gaming experience and even a variety of ages, it all just worked well! So all round the perfect party experience and my son rated the party 9 and a half out of 10 (only losing half a point because of a nerf issue). Thank you to the team for making my life easy and my son’s birthday awesome for all!

We had a great experience from booking to event day. The booking process was easy and James was very responsive and accommodating. On the day of our event we received an update via text stating what time the truck would arrive. When Tyler arrived he was ready to go a short time later. When the kids got on the truck Tyler was friendly but firm with them (much needed for a large group of kids ages 5-7). I am sure it wasn’t the easiest group to deal with but I appreciate him hanging in there. The kids had a blast and my son especially did. He stayed on the truck the whole time. He can’t wait to have the truck again for his next birthday. All the parents thought it was great, too. Everyone was asking questions about it and thought it was very cool. We will definitely book again and highly recommend this service!
