From event organization and route planning to emails and confirmation calls, Kim executes everything with passion and perfection. Both game attendants were perfect! They were both kid friendly, and honestly the next time I book you all, I’d like to have the exact same guys! Customer service 10/10! There was some confusion with the location because of internal communication their boss and them. I was so frustrated with the location because your guys showed up on time ready to go, and they handled it so well and I greatly appreciate them both! Thank you for making my son’s birthday so memorable!

Everything was wonderful! They set up outside and it started raining when the kids started playing. The guys moved everything inside so the kids could play. It stopped raining shortly after and they moved everything back outside. I was truly impressed by your team!

We had the best experience. We booked with little notice but everyone was so nice and accommodating. They really pulled through for our school event! The kids had the BEST time!!
