With more than sixteen years of experience working with GameTruck, Kim has the process down to a science.
From event organization and route planning to emails and confirmation calls, Kim executes everything with passion and perfection. And when it comes to Kim’s team, their communication and preparation skills ensure a successful celebration or event every time. As a result, you will get to relax and enjoy the special occasion too!

This is a bit delayed so I apologize for that, but thank you for a fantastic experience! I was working another camp that day and was not able to be super involved, but I was super happy with how everything was communicated and taken care of. All of my coaches said the kids had a great time and our game truck driver was very kind and professional. He had a hard time locating the gym due to the address being put in incorrectly, but he kept me updated and was very apologetic (even when I assured him it was not a big deal for us haha). The staff from beginning to end (booking, at the event, etc) was extremely helpful and professional. We will continue to use you guys annually for our Summer Camp. Thank you!

We were blown away by this experience. First, it was so easy to book. I did not need to interact with a human - thank you. Pricing was clear, signing up was a breeze, immediately received text communication and then reminders and follow up. Love it. Second, Justin was fantastic 10/10! He was great with the kids, nice, on time. All the things - thank you, Justin! Most people didn't know what a gaming truck was and this was a great first experience for them. The kids had a great time. Game truck showed up in plenty of time to set up before the kids showed up. Jordan was fantastic and helpful. The kids were entertained the entire time and didn’t want to leave the truck. Overall it was a great party. I can’t think of anything I would change.
