Steps to Owning a GameTruck Franchise

Level 1: – “Getting to know each other.”

This is the first and most important step. This has to be a right fit for both you and GameTruck. Take your time, explore our website, and do your homework. We appreciate your checking us out and, if you don’t mind, we’ll be checking you out as well. The strength of our company rests in incredible people we have operating in markets across the country. We want to grow, but we won’t compromise on quality. We are looking for people who share our passion for providing customers with an unparalleled experience.

  • Take some time to review franchise information on www.gametruckparty.com. On our website, you will find answers to many of your initial questions and hopefully get a feel for the GameTruck Family.
  • Complete the online information request form. This step helps us to determine some of the basics, such as if your territory is available. Once you complete this form, we’ll send you additional information about becoming part of the GameTruck family, and one of our franchise experts will contact you within two business days to set up an introductory call.
  • Introductory Call. This call is a great opportunity for you to learn more about GameTruck and for us to hear about you and your interests in our company. We’ll ask you about your motivations, expectations and objectives for entering into this business. Having been through this process with many others, we have a good sense for what it takes to be a successful franchisee. We believe strongly that investing in a franchise is a huge commitment – one that must be right for you and for GameTruck. We hope you’ll ask us the hard questions and that you’ll expect us to do the same.

Level 2 –“Understanding the Challenge and meeting the Players”

  • Review territory: GameTruck offers franchise owners very generous territories as that is key to your success.
  • Discuss financing: We have experts to help guide you through this process. We’ll help you realistically evaluate your options and help connect you with financial institutions that are experienced in these sorts of transactions. Additionally, we’ll continue to keep our cost of entry lower than competitors.
  • Review FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document)
  • Attend a Discovery Day in Phoenix, Arizona: Meet the team, see our extraordinary patent pending mobile theater, and get to know more about GameTruck’s unique vision for helping you build a successful business.

Level 3 –– Prepare for Launch. While we build your truck, our team will work with you to start building your business.

  • Award Franchise and execute Franchise Agreement: When the contracts are signed, we get to work helping you to build your new business.
  • Comprehensive Training and Education: Prior experience operating a retail business or working with children is not required. Our training program is designed to prepare a new franchisee to own and operate a GameTruck Franchise. It is a combination of classroom and hands-on instruction in Tempe, Arizona and at your location before and after you open.
    • We will provide you with a copy of our state-of-the-art Operations Manual in hard copy and will also provide a copy for easy reference on our Proprietary Intranet.
    • Our Opening Team will be with you prior to, and during, the opening of your business. In a matter of days, you will be ready to open with your first parties on your own, with your GameTruck support team just a phone call away. Our goal is to make you and your local team great GameTruck Operators.
    • Before you are ready to open, we will sit with you and create a Market Introduction program tailored for you.
    • Every franchise launches with a coordinated Grand Opening celebration designed to increase awareness and educate consumers in your area.

Level 4 –– Let the Games Begin!

  • Attend hands-on training in Phoenix, pick up your customized vehicle(s)
  • Roll out of our corporate headquarters with parties and events already on the books.
