Website was easy to navigate to reserve the truck. I received a confirmation phone call 3 days before my event and the turck showed up 30 min early for set up and ready to go at the correct time of start. The truck looked clean and the attendant was great with the children. I also noticed the attendant cleaning all of the game controls directly after : )

Everything about was a great experience. From the initial contact with the company to the game coach, was top tier. They communicate with me, through the week. Answer several questions. Very accommodating. Jacob was very patience & attentive with everyone. Answer everyone’s questions, assisted with the younger kids to the adults. Truck was amazing. Joe Korzeniewski is a star! Our guests had a blast! Joe did a great job coaching 16 elementary school age girls and boys through the laser tag games, and he ensured that everyone played safely. The kids were on their feet and moving for 90+ minutes and were very ready for lunch and cake afterward. Most importantly, our birthday boy was soooo happy that his birthday party was "the best party ever." Who knew that an outdoor party in early March could be so much fun?! Thanks, Joe!

We had the best time. I loved how we kept the numbers smaler and no one had to rotate in and out. The kids loved playing whatever they wanted. The truck was right on time and the birthday boy was able to start before the other kids showed up. The two gentlemen running the truck were patient and were great with allof the players.
