Very accommodating. Jacob was very patience & attentive with everyone. Answer everyone’s questions, assisted with the younger kids to the adults. Truck was amazing. We booked the truck for an 11 th birthday party for my son in New Kent. It was a great decision. The gentleman who came were very polite, professional and friendly and took care of everything which I wasn’t expecting. All the parents stayed in our house and enjoyed cocktails while the kids were having a blast. They showed up about 30 minutes early to set up. Everything went according to plan. Booking was easy. All the staff i communicated with were top notch and very easy to work with. It was so easy and my son had a permasmile the entire time. If your kids are into gaming- which most of them are- this is the way to go. Good time had by all especially the kids! Absolutely loved it! Thank you for making my son’s birthday awesome!! 🙌

We rented Richmond Game Truck for my son’s birthday party yesterday, and it was hands-down one of the BEST birthday experiences we’ve ever had! 🎉 From start to finish, the service was professional, fun, and stress-free. The truck arrived right on time, spotless, and fully loaded with all the latest games. The setup was seamless, and the staff were friendly, patient, and great with the kids. They made sure everyone was included, helped explain games when needed, and kept the energy high the whole time. The kids were absolutely thrilled — they couldn’t stop talking about how cool it was to play inside a real game truck with their friends. It kept them entertained for hours, and as a parent, I loved seeing them so happy and engaged. Even the adults were impressed with how organized and fun everything was.
