Q: WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A PARTY?
A: $100 payment to secure the booking. Remainder of balance before event begins.
Q: What is the Las Vegas Cancellation Policy?
A: Event cancellations or date/time changes that occur within 7 calendar days from the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the deposit less a $50 cancellation fee. Events that are canceled or changed within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the contact, will be billed the full amount of the event. If the event is rescheduled within 30 days of the original event, the entire cancellation fees, deposits and other charges will be used as partial payment for the rescheduled event. GameTruck may charge a $100 deposit at the time of booking, the remaining balance will be due and payable upon services being rendered.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
A: We recommend 3-4 weeks out if you are looking for a Saturday. If you are just looking for a party in general, we can be flexible around your schedule.
Q: How much space do you take up?
A: The GameTruck takes up approximately 6 car spaces or 50 feet nose to tail. It will fit in front of nearly every home (although it may block your driveway).
Q: Can you eat/drink inside the trailer?
A: We allow water inside the trailers, but no other food or beverages.
Q: ARE THERE AGE REQUIREMENTS?
A: A child six years or under MUST be accompanied by an adult to assist with game play.
